Formaldehyde removal

Room-by-room readings and written report. Fully credited toward treatment if you book removal within 30 days of your test.
Carpentry surcharge S$100–300
Homes with unusually dense carpentry (full-height wardrobes throughout, extensive feature walls) may carry a surcharge, confirmed before booking — never on the day.
Commercial — S$3–5 per sqft
Offices, clinics, childcare centres and retail units are quoted by floor area and carpentry density.
Post-renovation cleaning

Pricing questions
Why do you publish fixed prices instead of quoting on-site?
Fixed tiers by floor area mean you know the full price before anyone visits. The only variation is a carpentry-density surcharge of S$100–300 for unusually built-up homes, and we confirm that from photos before booking — never on the day.
Do prices include GST?
Yes. Every published price includes GST, readings and the written report.
Is a cheaper one-room treatment available?
We treat whole homes, because formaldehyde migrates between rooms and a single treated room will re-absorb from untreated carpentry elsewhere. For a single problem item — a new wardrobe or mattress, for example — start with a S$180 testing visit and we will advise honestly whether whole-home treatment is warranted.
