Pricing questions
Why do you publish fixed prices instead of quoting on-site?
Published prices mean you know the price before anyone visits: HDB flats are fixed by flat type, and condo prices are confirmed within the published range before you book. There are no surcharges, no GST is added, and nothing is added on the day.
Do prices include GST?
No GST is added. The published price is the full price, including readings and the written report.
Is a cheaper one-room treatment available?
We treat whole homes, because formaldehyde migrates between rooms and a single treated room will re-absorb from untreated carpentry elsewhere. For a single problem item — a new wardrobe or mattress, for example — start with a S$100 testing visit and we will advise honestly whether whole-home treatment is warranted.
