How much does post-renovation cleaning cost in Singapore?
Fixed prices by home size: S$380 for homes up to 500 sqft, S$580 for a typical 4-room HDB, up to S$820 for larger condominiums and small landed homes, inclusive of GST. Booking cleaning together with formaldehyde removal takes S$80 off the combined price.
Does post-renovation cleaning remove formaldehyde?
No — and any cleaning company that claims otherwise is overreaching. Cleaning removes the dust and chemical residue sitting on surfaces, which matters, but formaldehyde comes from inside the carpentry boards themselves and keeps off-gassing for years. That requires source treatment, which is a separate process we can run in the same visit.
Should I clean before or after formaldehyde treatment?
Clean first, treat after. Removing renovation dust lets the treatment coating bond directly to carpentry surfaces instead of sitting on a dust layer. When you book both together we sequence them correctly in one visit and apply the S$80 bundle discount.
How soon after handover can you come?
Ideally within a few days of your contractor finishing, before furniture and boxes arrive — empty homes clean faster and treat better. We cover all of Singapore, seven days a week.
