Do you publish prices for post-renovation cleaning?
No. Post-renovation cleaning is by enquiry only: send your floor area and handover date on WhatsApp and we will let you know whether we can help. Our published, fixed prices are for formaldehyde removal and testing.
Does post-renovation cleaning remove formaldehyde?
No — and any cleaning company that claims otherwise is overreaching. Cleaning removes the dust and chemical residue sitting on surfaces, which matters, but formaldehyde comes from inside the carpentry boards themselves and keeps off-gassing for years. That requires source treatment, which is a separate service: formaldehyde removal.
Should I clean before or after formaldehyde treatment?
Clean first, treat after. Removing renovation dust lets the treatment coating bond directly to carpentry surfaces instead of sitting on a dust layer, so book formaldehyde treatment for after the clean is done.
When should post-renovation cleaning happen?
Ideally within a few days of your contractor finishing, before furniture and boxes arrive: empty homes clean faster, and formaldehyde treatment works best once the dust is gone.
